Success= know yourself+ use resources available+ concentrate on strengths

The Innovation Secrets of Steve Jobs: Insanely Different Principles for Breakthrough Success

Thorn in My Pocket: Temple Grandin's Mother Tells the Family Story

The ability to grow and create a life rich in experience and satisfaction is inside and needs to be brought out into the light of day. While the books featured above seem to be unrelated they are not. They both speak to the  value of having experiences, learning about yourself and doing the hard work necessary to find out who you are and what you want to do. I have found both of these books to be a tribute to the ability to think differently, to be able to find new and creative ways to see the world and solve its problems. Live, experience, learn and grow.
If you want solid proof of the benefit of doing different things in different environments read the book below.
Your brain will thank you.

The Brain That Changes Itself: Stories of Personal Triumph from the Frontiers of Brain Science (James H. Silberman Books)
